Qld defence organisations on show at Singapore Airshow

Asia's largest aerospace and defence event, the Singapore Airshow 2016, is currently underway at the Changi Exhibition Centre, running from 16 to 21 February.
Held every two years, the event brings together the global aerospace community and key commercial, government and military delegations.

In partnership with the Australian High Commission, DIQ hosted a networking event at the Airshow, where DIQ's Defence Envoy Lindsay Pears delivered an address to attending international delegates.
The biennial event features the Singapore Airshow Aviation Leadership Summit, which attracts an unprecedented network of international senior commercial and government delegations. The other two strategic conferences to be held during the week of the show are the A*STAR Aerospace Technology Leadership Forum and the Singapore Aerospace Technology and Engineering Conference.
The Singapore Airshow presents an opportunity for government and military delegations, as well as senior corporate executives around the world to forge partnerships and seal deals in the region. As Asia's largest Airshow, it is the place to be for leading aerospace companies and budding players, eager to make their mark in the international aerospace and defence market.
