Rheinmetall Defence Australia has established its MILVEHCOE in Redbank, Ipswich, from which it will deliver the Boxer CRVs for the LAND 400 Phase 2 project. Rheinmetall is also shortlisted for the LAND 400 Phase 3 project, worth up to $27 billion. Should Rheinmetall be successful, up to 450 Lynx infantry fighting vehicles will also be manufactured at Australia’s most advanced military vehicle manufacturing facility.
