Rgm maintenance opens new heavy vehicle facility in townsville

RGM Maintenance officially opened a new purpose built heavy vehicle maintenance facility in Townsville on 22 July 2014, which will significantly enhance the level of service currently provided to Defence and broader industry.

The new workshops are in close proximity to the heavy vehicle rest area and Lavarack Barracks and provide a multi-bay vehicle maintenance facility with drive-through access, plus an overhead crane and environmentally-friendly truck-sized wash bay.

RGM offers the Australian Defence Force (ADF) full vehicle maintenance services including repair, component rebuild and bulk liquid handling equipment testing and certification (SLP), and the new facility will improve the company’s ability to offer defence clients high-quality service.
