New chiefs of Army and Air Force named

General Angus Campbell has been promoted to Chief of Army, following his role heading up the government's border protection taskforce. Lieutenant General Campbell will assume his new role in May, replacing Lieutenant General David Morrison.

A new chief of the Royal Australian Air Force has also been announced, with Air Vice-Marshal Gavin Davies to replace Air Marshal Geoff Brown in July.
