Queensland company Military & Aviation Spares Pty Ltd have been recognised for their rapid support to Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) with a Supplier Excellence Award.

BDA stated that Military & Aviation Spares went above and beyond to assist when the BDA support team engaged the company to coordinate the procurement, manufacturing and logistics for an urgent task, requiring equipment and hardware to be supplied and fitted within two weeks. As a result of Military & Aviation Spares' quick turnaround, the spares were delivered on time to meet aircraft testing and subsequent operations, highlighting the reliable and efficient nature of Queensland's defence companies.
