Innovators to pitch ideas at Pacific 2015 maritime expo

Maritime and naval defence inventors and technology innovators are set to showcase their latest ideas at the PACIFIC 2015 International Maritime Exposition at Sydney Exhibition Centre on 6-8 October.

Thirty invited innovators - 10 researchers from the Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG) and 20 from industry and academia - will deliver three minute presentations about their technologies during PACIFIC 2015's Innovation Pitchfest.

The Pitchfest is being organised by the DSTG (formerly DSTO) and Defence Science Institute (DSI).

The Expo provides an opportunity for industry to connect with those in the marketplace who are potentially capable of turning their innovative ideas into reality.
