Masters & Young Pty Ltd is an electronics design, research and manufacturing company providing services into the military, avionics and medical industries. The company’s modern design and manufacturing facility is based in Brisbane, Australia. The facility is close to the Brisbane Airport and international freight companies including DHL, Fedex and TNT. Masters & Young has three Pick and Place lines in-house, with AOI and Xray inspection. The company can manufacture products to a client’s design or work with the client to perform all the development tasks in-house including specification documents, PCB and enclosure design, manufacture, testing and provision of final documentation.

Masters & Young is certified to ISO9001, with ISO9100 pending final certification. Each of the company’s soldering staff are certified to IPC001 and more than 15 staff are certified to IPC610. Masters & Young is a true innovator with many years of collaborative research in physics and engineering including specialist solders, air velocity sensors for explosive atmosphere, and flight computes for hypersonic engine testing. The company is a major provider of military electronics equipment, with current clients including Rheinmetall, Thales and Boeing Defense Australia. For each of these companies, Masters & Young provides design, testing and manufacturing services. Much of the equipment produced is intended for use in front line and simulation systems. The company’s focus is problem solving for difficult real-world situations.
