New Joint Logistics Unit at RAAF Base Amberley officially opened

Retired Air Vice Marshal Margaret Staib has officially opened the new joint logistics facility at RAAF Base Amberley. The facility combines five sites that were spread across South East Queensland and New South Wales into a single location to improve efficiencies for the Australian Defence Force (ADF).

The facility, which is responsible for the providing logistical products and services to the ADF in South East Queensland, is set across 22 hectares and was built with a primarily local workforce.
