Brisbane west wellcamp airport to support qantaslink passenger flights

QantasLink has announced that it will commence passenger flights to Brisbane West Wellcamp Airport (BWWA) in Toowoomba when it opens later this year. From 17 November 2014, 11 return flights to and from Sydney will be offered each week, with double daily services Monday to Friday.

BWWA covers 300 hectares and includes a 2.87 km runway capable of supporting Boeing 747 aircraft. The airport sits within the 800 hectare Wellcamp Business Park.
