Defence Trade Controls Amendment Bill 2015 passes Parliament

Parliament has passed The Defence Trade Controls Amendment Bill 2015 to amend the Defence Trade Controls Act 2012 (DTC Act). The DTC Act regulates the supply and publication of technology on the Defence and Strategic Goods List and the brokering of these goods and technology.
